SmartMez is an AI-powered platform that helps users organize documents and emails into intelligent workspaces. The Service includes document management, email integration, AI-powered search and analysis, and collaboration features.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

4. Google Services Integration

SmartMez integrates with Google services including Gmail and Google Drive. By using these integrations, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or share through the Service. By using the Service, you grant SmartMez a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. You must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you add to the Service.

6. AI and Machine Learning

SmartMez uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to analyze your content and provide insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses and analysis may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for important decisions.
